Rob, I've found that too. Although I usually go to like abc.com as they have a video clip with sound, and like you it sometimes helps. I've also found getting an AIM or email...

BTW, OP, if you hit <ctrl><Alt><Del> and go to Task Manager, under the Process tab, you should see a FullTiltPoker.exe image. The reason you can't reload it, is...
