It seems to me that if you 5-bet the flop she'll just call you down despite the fact that she's on tilt, assuming she has something like AQ or whatever. I would prefer to call her 4-bet and raise...

I would just call. He hesitated on the flop because he only had a gutshot, but on the turn he picked up a flush draw so that made it an easier call. I figure there's no way he would raise the river...

I would go with the old advice to check hands which have outs. I'd check call. On the river, I'd check again unimproved and call a bet from the loose player, probably folding to a bet...

Given that you can fold to a 3-bet, I think it's an easy raise. He probably told himself he's going to bet/fold with KQ or whatever, but after you raise he'll talk himself into calling.

5-betting seems crazy. If he's "sorta passive" how can he have anything but a straight here? Yes, there's a small chance he has a set so you can't fold, but raising any more seems like spew to me.
