They give you the % of calories from each nutrient right on the labeling. They can't really make it any easier for you.

BTW it looks better than average fast food, but it's definitely not healthy...

Militaries : 45 lbs 1x4 (fail), 40 lbs 3x5

Weighed myself - 188 lbs ! (up from 180 a month ago). Definitely a bit of fat but weight gain is good.

Hmm.. yeah. A lot of them say "support up to 750 GB" but I think that's just because when the spec material was written that's all there was. I don't know of any reason why they would support 750...

Has anybody put a new terabyte drive in an external enclosure? (I'm not talking about the old 1 TB externals that were actually two 500 GB drives).

It depends how you measure results. If the measure is some functional strength move, such as how much weight can you squat, I think the freeweight...

felt really hard to get in & out of position safely

The answer to both is A because it takes more time therefore when you including resting burn rate it burns far more.

If you only count calorie burn over resting it's B. Dunno about that fat...

Not the best way to gain weight.

You probably have a very active metabolism, so you just need to eat a lot. Try to eat more protein and fat, not sugar....
