illini43's BR guides above are for single-tabling. Some have said that the bankroll rqmts shouldn't change if you multi-table. Of course, if you 24-table NL, that no longer works unless you SS.

If you can afford to, you might also consider taking a short break. It might clear your head of tilty thoughts to get away from the tables for a while. Or move down to build confidence/bankroll...

Apparently, it's an artifact of PT being written for Limit where the Big Bet = 2 X Big Blinds makes more sense, since the bet size increases on later streets. For some reason, NL just kept going...
