5 bb you are going to get called much wider than various aces, k10 qj even less often. So A2 isn't that bad.
if they are only calling with hands that dominate A2, that means they are folding so...

1) shove preflop. AT is plenty enough of a hand against a habitual blind stealer on the CO. With 20bbs and no antes you're just short enough to reraise all-in.
