Re: Don\'t come home until u is sobern! (NC Thread)

Heh... virtual me runs super cold playing 3/6 6-max at [unmentionable pokersite], just like real me does at [mentionable pokersite]. And apparently, I trained a pretty LAG player.

Re: Questionable preflop call and a double belly buster

[ QUOTE ]
I know he could be in trouble if he flops a pair in this situation, but is this really a fold pre-flop? Straight potential, flopped two-pairs and trips seem like the price would be right....

Hand 1 not pushing seems terrible given villans stack sizes?

Re: QJs vs 3 tags

Fold preflop. You've got a TAG open-raising UTG and then the players behind you are TAGs and a pretty T TAG in the blind. I don't know if you're going to get the multiway action you want.

As...

Re: Questionable preflop call and a double belly buster

Preflop is no good against an UTG raiser. Make it suited and you're in much better shape.

I like the turn donk simply because KK/QQ might suddenly check the turn, and then you're in trouble for...

Re: Oh Noe! A vet posts an AA hand...and it has maths 4 u 2 do

In this spot, I would toy around with the idea of check-calling the turn and donking the river. This allows ABC player to value bet his pairs and his flushes, but might entice him to call the river...

Re: Stars 1/2 - AK 2 bets cold on turn

I really don't think that folding here is giving up much, if anything.

You're against a solid player who led into the PFR twice and a passive player who raised the second one. Your best hope here...
