Re: Folding an overfull to river minraise

[ QUOTE ]

aggressive factor on a specific street (not preflop) after <200 hands can pretty much be ignored.

Re: 2 barrel here?

This is how I'd play it, though I'd bet more on both the flop and turn. His most likely hand after calling flop is a pair plus a straight draw.

Fantasies of Jessica Fazer

I feel uncomfortable at the party right from the beginning, and the ten or so hits I take off a joint and the six beers I drain in succession don't succeed in putting...

Re: call that flop? bluff that rvier?

terrible place to bluff; your flop line is clearly indicative of a draw. I would snap-call your bet with any pair I think...

Re: PL100 fullhouse reraised on turn

[ QUOTE ]
I would raise the river. I expect to find Q8 more often than QQ here. You guys think villain wouldn't play 8Q or 89 the same way here? So, just calling river is bad... he is never folding...

Re: Overpair + random draws get raised

You hit the flop very hard, super standard shove over his raise. You're rarely going to be a huge favorite, but you're almost never going to be much of a dog.

OMG I am back. I decided to start playing last night. I started very slow. I lost about $10 overall but just didn't have many hands. I decided to play tonight because I feel like I am...

Re: Help with flopped TTP and ass-end gutshot

I'm never folding here. I'm almost always raising, but just calling to shove a turn Jack or 7 or lower is fine too.

Also, you are way, way off the mark as far as people only playing the nuts at...

Re: 200PS: Ugh

[ QUOTE ]
I dont like the turn bet here; against an overly aggressive player, I prefer to just play the nuts... IMO no reason to make your draw to the nuts more expensive on the turn.. IMO bad river...

Re: set with rivered straight getting donk pusht into. how to play

He has 789 here a lot, but it's an instacall based on the odds you're getting.

Re: 200PS: Ugh

Anyone shove turn here? I think a player with the stats often has a hand like a worse two-pair with one of the flush draws, plus you usually have 13 outs if behind. OTOH, you will usually get paid...

Re: Not sure when to get the money in

4-bet preflop.

As played you're in a sick spot. Any reads on button and what kind of hands he 3-bets? I think I'd probably fold readless, since I think KKxx is a sizeable part of his range and...

Re: bottom set and flush draw

Standard, I'm pretty much always jamming it all in when I flop a set + flush draw. He could have a hand that you are ahead of but has lots of outs (i.e. top two plus straight draw, straight draw +...

Re: PLO200/3Bet Pot/DEEP/Tough Flop Spot

I'd stick it in if you were shallower, 125bb or so or less, but 240bb deep I'd fold quick.

Re: ******** November Omaha Low Content Thread ********

I'm in the midst of another 26 buy-in downswing in the past two days. I'm such a tilt monkey sigh. Hard to win playing 60/35, 3-betting a huge range and never folding to 3 or 4 bets, and spewing...

Re: PLO20 - 13out straight draw vs action

I'd just fold cause every out except a 5 is to the ignorant end. If I knew MP2 never raised draws I might call.

Re: FD+GS

This is how I'd play it, wp. UTG has two pair + the 9 high straight on the turn a lot, giving you best pair + best draw. I'd probably push a blank turn as well. Flop smooth call of raise is...
