Flop check is fine, it's nearly always a way ahead or way behind situation. You've induced a bluff on the turn so a call is fine, on the River it's upto previous...

I think the bet on the River is fine (assuming it's a bet fold), hands like 88-JJ will call a bet but check behind, if we're raised it's a pretty easy fold, I can't really see any worse hand bluffing...
