i think raising and not raising with 88 is = ev because people play so bad live that it does not mater how much the pot is pre, they will still get...

With pp like 66, 77, 99, TT he should either fold or raise on the turn otherwise he has to call you on the river too right? it seems unlikely that someone is going to call for value if he puts you...

betting the flop freezes you if he calls. there are no real draws. if he has A before the flop he caught up and if he has pocket pair he folds to a bet, out flopped you or has two outs. check flop

small flush with possition and betting lead
this hand was played in a relatively loose 7 handed 10/10nl brick and mortar game. hero is seen as super tight but has won and lost a hand in the last orbit. Villain is a very loose and poor player...
