Re: I got the ace, what have they got?

Muck this preflop from the hijack, but considering you got to the river against a calling station and another loose player I would bet for value. Don't be surprised when you get paid off by KTs and...

Re: A9o facing 2 bets on flop

Tricky hand where I think your opponents have a lot to do with your decision. UTG looks like a loose aggressive monkey and CO has standard TAG #'s. If TAG is thinking and knows UTG is a loose...

AP 5/10 blind battle

Villian was new to table and I had not previously played against him. Is my play standard here? Would the absense of a gutshot change the way the hand gets played?

99 BB raise or call preflop?

Both limpers had been playing lots of hands during the 20 or so hands I had been at the table. Does anyone 3 bet 99 here to try to isolate preflop or is just calling best?

I'm new to this table and don't usually play at pokerstars so I have no particular read on this player. How much action do you give here? By the turn I assume he has either 78s or 6's or 9's with...

Re: how many professional gamblers own their own homes?

I own a home paid for by poker. I have 2 years of income taxes paid and had no problem getting a great loan, 3% down paying 6% for 30 years.

Re: BvB against what appears to be an aggressive sort

Is Q6 a good raise first in against an aggressive player in the 1/3 blind structure? If you are playing it, I think c/c ing down is best with maybe a river donk to prevent Ahi from checking behind.

Re: Do you ever slow down here?

Not when there is a maximum of 4 raises per street. Jam that pot flop to river. Maybe if you're in a casino with unlimited heads up raising then I eventually stop after about 10 raises but here he...

Re: best value bet of all time

I don't think it's up to $200, I think it's minimum of $200 for maintaining status. If you got 20,000 VIP points that would lead to $400 pending bonus at 50VIP points per $1pending.

I get...
