Re: Cannot pace my betting-any help?

In the Andy Beal book, I know he took to using some device on his leg. I think just taking a couple seconds to count to 5 or 10 before you act would be sufficent. When playing live I've also found...

Scary Boards, Quads and FHs

On boards that are paired and or show trips, realistically how concerned should I be about villains having Quads at the micros? I believe I've just run bad on a couple of hands, but I wanted to make...

Also, slow rolling, especially at 2/4. It goes beyond annoying to just absurd. If I see one more...

AC Stud Buyins?

Upcoming trip to AC, planing on spliting time between Taj and Trop. I'm mainly a LHE player, but might be looking to try Stud. Whats the smallest game spread (I understand some are ante and some are...

[ QUOTE ]
The reason why it took me a while to think about it was for the fact that there are so many ridiculous donks out there in 2NLHE and many of them would go all-in with crap just...

Re: Leaks--how do we find them?

YMMV but I find PokerEv to be an indispensable tool in reviewing sessions, and spotting leaks. I'm not affiliated with the tool, but its worth a look.

Starting Hand Profitability Skewed?

Please move if this is more appropriate elsewhere.

I realize the sample size is not nearly significant enough to draw any conclusions from, but over 15K hands in PT I have one starting hand, KK,...

Re: 1/2 Limit at Turning Stone

In AC even $100 is enough to get in a 2/4 and be a factor. Ive seen people buy in for as little as $20.

Re: Loosest game in AC you\'ve ever seen?
