im pretty sure the first one is (3x^-.5)(5x^2 + 17x - 12) then it reduces to (3x^-.5)(5x - 3)(x + 4)
#2 is x(y-1) + 3(y-1) thus it becomes (x+3)(y-1)
#3 is right
