how did you not stack off with your tens full?

The guy was super aggro (Which is why his checks probably meant a lot seeing as how he never did it) and I was 90% sure he...

TL:DR! 6k hand session fun from last night. Includes one outaments.

My favorite hands from last night. Pretty standard stuff but the one outer was fun. Also note the check behind with a straight flush. TL:DR WARNING!

Re: 50NL, weaker Q, or a set?

Value bet. This is a pretty good board for your hand and I would want to get some value from any other non 2 pair Qs. I would bet at least 17-18ish. If you're raised you'
re committed to calling...

Re: [theory]cbet AK after reraising

AK and all 2 overcard type hands can be real trouble. This flop is one I would be more inclined to check given the coordinated nature of the board. I think this is pretty standard and I wouldn't give...

Re: KK against a big stack

Tough fold but necessary if you want to be a winner. I still bet he had 77 like always. =)

Re: NL50:some common situation in 3bet pots

True enough, but I run into a lot of villians that would put a lot of money in with merely a T so in your case QQ is crushing. I think this question needs numbers or reads.

Re: NL50:some common situation in 3bet pots

Well in that case after putting that much in I tend to feel committed, but I get stacked a lot in these situations. I go for broke in either case.

Re: Moving Up Question (Dont know where to post)

Thanks KEW =)

Hopefully we both get rich at 100NL and can ship ship our way up.

I'm confident I could beat almost any level for a win, however marginal, but I want to win, not just survive. I...

Re: NL50:some common situation in 3bet pots

It may be the mucho beers, but I don't get what you're asking. However, once I put in 32 BB if I have anything thats TPGreatK or better I'm committed. You're never committed if you have nothing. In...

Re: Moving Up Question (Dont know where to post)

How long do I have to wait before I can figure out if my results are variance or if I'm actually winning?

I've played 50NL since June and haven't had a losing month yet, I'm up almost 4k, but I...

Re: KK against a big stack

If you called I would bet my firstborn he rolled over 77. What a gross spot but it feels like an obv. set.

Sometimes in the heat of the moment I miss that, but it seems sort of a clear fold given...

You're both super deep. I would hate it no matter what I did. I will leave the advice for people who are actually good. I sure don't envy you in this spot but personally, I would...

Re: 25 nl ak vs. ridiculous pf shove

You have .85 cents invested. It's not the hardest thing to fold ever. Think about how much worse you would feel if you would've called and the 0 PRF after 42 rolls over AA and you're drawing nearly...

Re: Moving Up Question (Dont know where to post)

I've only stayed at 50NL because I feel like I need lots of work (even though I'm winning a bunch) and because I feel comfortable with the stakes. I do think about how my results would look like at...

Re: 25nl - 88 vs wierdness

You're losing and need a ten. An eight might not even be good. I hate it.

Re: 50NL AQ deep OOP, feeling lost

IMO if you are going to play this hand you need to 3 bet squeeze PF..Button range is very wide and SB range is well defined...AQ OOP in a multi-way flop is a disaster waiting to...

Re: Moving Up Question (Dont know where to post)

Sorry for the thread hijack but is it stupid to play 50NL when I have 40+ buyins for 100NL? I just feel really comfortable at 50NL and I am beating it at a pretty good clip (about 4.5/100 for...

Re: 50NL:stupid bluff?

I have to agree. No offense but I think this hand was pretty much played bad on all streets. Raise flop at least, if you get it in there at least you are winning and look good compared to shoving an...

Re: 25NL - A few really tough spots

Hand 2: I would call an evaluate turn. He could be making a move with a FD or worse J and I would at least want to see what fell on the turn.

Hand 3: I felt here. I can't fold sets for *^&$.

Re: 25NL - A few really tough spots

I didn't study the rest but on the first hand I bet the flop. If he raises you most likely can fold, if he calls you can bet/fold the turn. As played he could easily be bluffing a terrible hand...

Re: How to play the QQ\'s

c/f unless he raises with nothing/draws a lot. If he calls I b/f river. I like my hand unless raised and given results I see I play goot.
