Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

IMO filling this thread with useless garbage like lowering rake is stupid, they will do that on their own with research to back it not because a bunch of people on a forum requested it. Use the...

Re: $16 - AK SV vs raise

That isn't exactly correct, it isn't like something is either +EV or -EV, there are degrees of each. IMO in most cases calling is more +EV than raising or shoving. If you shove most people will...

Re: $16 - AK SV vs raise

Depends on the raiser but generally I call if its just him in the pot and if there are a few other callers then I shove.

Why is it so bad to shove the flop? I want to play less donkey. please explain

Re: 16s: How bad did I play JJ on the bubble here?

Shoving the flop is gross, I think you played it fine.

Re: 16: I thought this was a fairly standard push

The fact that AQ or worse hands is a bad call here is completely irrelevant. It wasn't the BB who posted the hand. It IS a fact that hardly anyone is folding AQ there and when you get called by...

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

On top of the filters I mentioned before it would also be nice if the lobbies never opened if you registered for games from the main client window, this includes the start and end of an STT.

Re: 16: I thought this was a fairly standard push

Even if BBs call was horrifically bad for him, its worse for us. I don't see any reason at all to shove here.

Re: JJ in big

On an Axx flop I am folding (though I would have played pf differently). Its much different not only because its a bit less likely for them to have the ace but more importantly not many people lead...

Re: 11$ speed: Keeping shortie in to keep p0wning the bubble?

Its not incredibly important since this situation very rarely happens at all but..

IMO you should not be preserving the bubble in this spot. I only do that when, after folding and giving the...

I like a raise preflop here, and I agree you should either bet/fold or check/call.

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

Keep the antes.

If you change anything it should be to add in a filter for 6max/9max and for turbo/regular games. I hate accidentally registering for the wrong game and this could easily be...

Re: $16 TPTK vs flop threebet all in @ low blinds

I really dislike folding pf at these stakes. Unless you are terrible at postflop play it is profitable to call. Against an unknown I guess you can either go for a raise or just flat call. Not many...

Re: $16 TPGK vs tight player BvB

Shove pf and you played the flop fine.

FWIW if you are raising at these blinds you can get away with 2.5x instead of 3x to keep the pot more controlled.

Re: $16 Stars: A few interesting hands from tonight

Why would we ever limp hand 2? IMO thats terrible and it will just create bad situations and spew chips even against bad players.
