Re: PDT 1/2 : Best place to panhandle

1. Eh. Lots of people have already dumped their excess change in the tip jar.

3. MMM, leftovers....

Re: Moral dilemma/car dealership help? (a little long)

I looked up the difference in blue book values for a mazda 6 (i have no idea if that's what he had but it should provide a reference) for 04 and 03 and 30k miles. The difference in price was ~12%

Re: Moral dilemma/car dealership help? (a little long)

Doug,

He's trying to screw you by saying the car value dropped by $3k (30%) in 7 months when there's no f'in way that's true. I'd guess a year difference (i.e. 03 now vs. 04 now) would be around...

Re: 40/80, TT, what to do?

Lee has you beat almost 100% I think. She pretty much has to have top or second pair here and it doesn't sound like she's ever folding. People who donk into the preflop 3bettor have something most of...

Re: Remembered a maybe interesting hand 75/150 live

I like checkraise the river unless it's an ace, jack, or heart. If it's those donk-3bet.

Re: raise raise raise raise

'alright ni han' just always means "well [censored] all if you can beat this hand, I guess i just call down though"

In other words it's pacified strength. I think she has KT tons and tons and that...

Re: 10/20: What can he have? What can I beat?

I think you should have stopped the action at the flop and asked for a discussion of flop turn lines. I think a checkraise on the flop is better, I think the river action is very good, but there's a...

Re: Raise him now or raise him later

oops, i meant preflop call. Flop call is bad.

Re: SB checkup

I wouldn't sweat the 66, it's hard to without flopping a set and it's hard to flop a set.

Basically you should play somewhat boringly tight in the 1/3 SB.

Whatever. Fold. next hand.

If you call now though you should probably call the river. If he valuetowned you with T9 or something so be it.

Re: I\'ve got some crap that made a pair and I like to pay people off

given your read on SB I like a flop raise. Put pressure on the late position raiser. Maybe SB has a T but you said she comes out firing on the flop with lots of junk. I think raising makes...
