5.50 JJ call, reraise or push?

Blinds are 50/100 and going to 75/150 in about 4 minutes.

Villian is loose passive.

How is my line?

Would you call, make a reraise to say potsize or push?

5.50 Early against a LAG (donk push on my part?)

Early in tourney. Villian has been limping with just about any two and bluffing at the pot. My stack is a little low because I took a hit with 99 against KTo.

I thought that I might push her off...

Re: FT $5 Turn decision TPTK

This early in tourney, I would have folded preflop. As played, fold to the turn bet.

Re: Should I push here with 1.5 BB?

BB will be getting 2.7 to one and will call with any two cards.

How about this? If you are going to shove anyway, just limp. If he doesn't have anything he may just check.

Then shove any...

5.50 Two pair early in tourney against dangerous board

Villian is very LAGgy, Two hands prior to this he limped in from early position and called a shove from a crippled shortstack with Q /images/graemlins/spade.gif4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Re: Hypothetical BBL trapping question

C/O is AI next hand so he is shoving with just about any 2.

I would invest t300 on any two and hope BB has enough sense to check it down.

With the blinds and antes this high, it doesn't matter...

Re: JJ facing ALL IN $6.5 turbo

You are getting 2 to 1 to call and you are only a dog to 3 hands. Call.

5.50 TT OOP against two players

I know I played this hand very badly. Please advise.

MP1 is very LAGgy and C/O is TAG.

What is the best play here?

Call C/O and see if LAGgy comes along?

Raise to try and force LAGgy out...

5.50 QJ facing reraise late in game

Cards have been running over villian the entire game. HE is very very LaGgy.

Now that it is down to 4 players, he has been using his stack to bully the table (as he should) by raising and...

Re: $225: TT overpair

I would have raised preflop. Too much of a chance of weak Ax, broadways limping in behind me.

I damn sure would not have checked the flop unless I was absolutely certain someone behind me was...

Re: BB v SB 13s Stars 6 man Bubble

Knowing nothing of the SB, he probably would have raised with any Ace, two high cards, or medium to low pairs.

So unless he is slowplaying a big pair, he probably limped with just about any two...

Re: ($24) 88 in BB vs. a donkish UTG minraiser

After you posted BB you hve t1230 left and your M=5. Based on that and the fact you believe he is a little on the loose side, I would shove.

You are probably in a race, but you are getting about...

5.50 QQ against a maniac, how is my line?

Villian has been on a roll. He will play any two cards and the cards have been running over him. Notice the button is almost gone. How would you play an overpair to the villian under these...

5.50 JJ call raise or fold?

Villian has played pretty tight poker for the most part except for one hand earlier in the tourney when he raised from the c/o and a loose player called from the B. Flop came KQx, he bet about half...

Re: 27$ - getting short here, good call?

You are getting about 3 to 2 on your pot odds and you are about 47% against a random hand.

I am sure he must have better than a random hand, so you are probably about 30-35% chance at best.

Re: $5.50 AQo utg against 2 players

I would have raised P/F.

I would have bet the flop as well. If he comes over the top, I fold. If he calls, I check the turn and fold to a bet.

As played, I would check/fold the flop.

5.50 JJ against a dangerous board

Early in the game, but it is a wild one. One player already gone on 1st hand. Three or four players will play any two. However, the villian has yet to get out of line.

I couldn't get converter...

Re: ($60+) ShortStack UTG

Hand 1: Easy shove because if player 1 folds, it is very possible that you only get called by player two. However, player three will be getting 2.6 to one to call if player two calls so you may be...

Re: ($27) AJs vs Luisgallo\'s UTG 8x BB shove

If UTG is regular poster then he knows the blinds are fixing to eat about 20% of his stack and he will lose some serious fold equity. Therefore, he will shove with a very, very wide range of hands. ...

What are your reads on c/o and button?

Without knowing anything about them, I would say this:

C/O is short stacked and could be pushing any Ace/Broadway/or PP.

I do not quite understand why...
