Deep Stacked with J9s

Game is 9-handed live pot-limit hold'em with $10-$10 blinds, uncapped buy-in.

Hijack has recently sat but has played a few hands aggresively, isolating one of the weaker players on several...

Re: a few silly caps

These caps are losing moves, the first is the worst as TT 7-way first to act is a pretty poor position to cap it. If you thought that others would fold then it would be much better, but based on...

Rivered Ace

SB is 65/12/0.8 UTG is 14/12/1.3

Despite being a bit of a trad, the SB cc seems like a lot of strength, epecically with the 7 showing up. This is somewhat countered by the 3rd player who is...

Re: spew?

I think we are in pretty bad shape here + oop I would fold this on the flop to the raise.

Too weak with flopped FH?

Villain is 22/13/1.2, kind of an overly tightish tag over ~150 hands

My concern was two-fold:

1. My hand is very transparent, what could I possibly have here? Overplayed Ace high flush or JJ...

Re: Thoughts on Elliot Wave trading strategy?

Technical analysis most definetly does not work... do not invest or partake in any investing strategy that has technical analysis at its core.

Re: Things you see at the Taj, not the Borgata

How often does the taj have 30/60 through 100/200 LHE going?

Re: Messed up big pot 66

I would check and call the flop. On the turn I would call one bet, and most likely fold the river unimproved. As it stands I think a river fold is in order.

Re: Why are 6max games so popular online?

Paying full rake, while it may be there justification is an invalid one. Consider most mid/high stakes games where you pay a half hour fee, in a short handed game you are playing more hands, but...

Re: 10/20 Flopped straight

I think folding the flush here is atrocious. Button would nearly always bet a flush draw in this situation, I would put them on overpair/set. SB's line is pretty bizarre but I think it could be as...

Re: Turning Stone vs Fallsview vs Seneca Niagara

Casino Niagara has ~12-15 tables and generally has lower stakes which compliment the Fallsview games. Frequently 2-4,3-6,4-8 Limit and 1-2NL, less frequently 6-12 Limit and 2-5NL

Re: River question

The preflop play is very loose.

Based on your read I would opt to call the flop c/r and raise on the turn to get the most out of any draws and to protect what is a very weak hand. I would then...
