OK, it's close enough now that I think I can predict it within 30 minutes of the correct time:

This assumes there isn't some dramatic increase in activity for most of the day...

OK, I think this is the only giveaway where it would be worth organizing groups of folders.

If done right, on a 6 max table with platinum bonuses, you could have a 1 in 100 chance of winning 1/6...
