I donīt like your play at all. Why donīt you raise the hand pre-flop if your going to play it. I do anything to avoid these spots.

Why would he check the flop when he 4-bet you pre-flop. Weird line from villian, I would play for stacks, bet 130-145. Get it in on safe turn.
