Karma works in funny ways;

Gold sucked out on PA to win 2/3 as an underdog in their big pot, then donated much of it to Farha, then PA wins 3/4 against Farha as a slight dog.

Thus the money...

While not being a pro, I do think that nurses & doctors working at ER in major city do have a slightly harder job. You have to make quick decisions to call/fold that can cost you few hundred bucks,...
