Better dealers deserve better tips. If a dealer makes mistakes, he deserves less tips. So by making this mistake, you are certinaly justified in withholding some tips from the dealers.

What about gimmicks?

AFAIK, gimmicks are relatively safe under the current UBB forum because IP checking users is a pain in the pooper. But with vBulletin, IP checking will be much easier, si? So the value of gimmicks...
