I don't get how anyone could not like this girl. The stupidity that you read here sometimes is just amazing.

Re: Buffy Season Two - maybe spoilers

Best Episode: Hush

The seasons got better and better, I thought...until Season 7. Some of 7 I loved, a lot I didn't. I want to rewatch it though as a piece and see how I feel.

Re: Buffy Season Two - maybe spoilers

No spoiler, but Season Three's (significantly) better, and Season Two is absolutely amazing.
By the way, this show is, at least to me, by far the best and most important show I've ever seen.

Army of Darkness......hands down the winner IMO.

Great choice, but I'm not sure the movie is truly 'terrible.'

Re: Female Singer/Songwriter Thread

My favorite choice is Kasey Chambers. I don't know exactly how to describe her other than to say that she's somewhat country and somewhat...not, so I'll just post this link....

Re: Short stack question: QJ on button; $10 45 player

[ QUOTE ]
I think how thin we're pushing here has more to do with the calling range of SB and BB; which we've been given no reads. Against a typical tight range, and the fact that their stacks...

Standard. Obv not folding this. If you make it 600, you already have 37% of your stack in. I think I read this in the forums, but if you're going to raise and its going to take up over...

Just checking to make sure this short stack shove is okay.

Re: 25NL - TT OOP

A continuation bet is very important here. You have the lead and your opponent is unlikely to have a king, so there's no reason not to bet.

I would expect this guy to either be an overexcited moron with a flush or a scared donkey with two pair or so at one of these tables. Either way I can't imagine ever calling here.
As for the price...

Re: 5nl river fold?

The players at these tables are absolutely terrible. This guy probably got excited and shoved in just because that's what terrible players do when they get excited like this. So it's an easy fold.

Re: $13, JJ would you re-raise?

I like shoving the flop as well. The range is loose and the bet on the flop is really strange. He could be over-excited about a big pair, but then he probably would have done this preflop. He...

Re: What is the most annoying thing at a poker table?

I hate whining about bad luck at the table. Some of these guys you run into seem to think that losing as a 60/40 favorite is TERRIBLE. I can't get over the fact that these whiners must have failed...
