how to determine handranges?

I have a problem figuring out which hands i have to add if someone plays over 30% of their hands.
what does a 40% player play, what 50% and so on.

I just watched a stoxtradervideo(.50/1 NL), where he has AQ on AJ7rainbow flop vs. 30BB stack.

He bets 5 into 8$ pot and gets minraised.

He then shoves so villain gets 20:43 and folds.

I was afraid of him having a boat, so when he reraised me to 16 i had a hard time between getting all in and just calling.(anyway he was just minraising...

When to move down?

I was wondering, if i need 300BB as a starting bankroll for a limit. let's say 1200 for 2/4 limit.

Is the flop 3bet ok? i'm never sure when to 3bet flop, to avoid giving him strength and when to just call to trap???

Hm, checked the flop, cause the board is only slightly drawy and i like checkraising.

considering his low AF, should the turn(or even flop after his 3bet???) be a clear fold because i might be behind 2pair,trips or a full?
