yes call is the right play. unless he has somehow figured out a way to expose his cards to you online while involved in a hand and has AK, AQ, A10, KK, 1010, or 33 ...

I would raise the flop and bet pot on the turn (assuming he doesnt bet into you) if he bets into you I push.
