my cardroom is much more laid back than most. We do allow a player that "didnt notice it was a straddle" to pull back his undercall and muck his cards.

I do agree with Alien. If the dealer doeant do their job then the tips should be hard to come by. But I still have a beef with the people that dont tip at all...PERIOD

I dont think of myself as a pro at all... as a matter of fact Im completely the opposite. Im the dealer you guys are toking. And Im good at what I do. I appriciate any toke I get from $1 to $25...

dealing is work. playing is fun. However I do enjoy dealing and as they say if you do something you enjoy you arent really working at all...

You can also check around in your local area for companies that do casino parties. Its a lot more relaxed then in a real casino. If you live in LA, pm me and I can give you a name and number or two....

Agreed. I spent some time at the casinos in Sydney, Surfer's Paradise and Melbourne back in 98 and 99 and a fair share of the patrons are asian. Also a good many of the people playing (and working)...
