Re: 22: AQ in trouble

pre-flop fold would also not be horrible, you still have 20+ bb

preflop I probably would have called too, on the flop I would have checked and fold, and hate it.

it's ok

If he is pushing ATC then I think you shove here but I disagree slightly with DannyO because I can't see any FE here.

my call preflop is a little lose imo, but just variation of play; limping mediocre hands in for cheap here and there.

Re: $16 - AJs vs LAGG on bubble

[ QUOTE ]
If he's LAG don't we want to take advantage of the fact that he's raising a ton by pushing here? I think calling is not great because we have to c/f like 2/3 of the time when we don't hit...

But are there any players left who don't use any software?
The reason is that I play on Fulltilt for some time and that isn't pokeroffice...

Re: Im lost on the turn with a big drawing hand.

if he is superpassive bet 4 so you'll get your odds for a flush if he calls. If he 3bets fold, if he minraises call.

Re: QQ very passive line

I think a flop check/raise is pretty bad because he's folding every hand you're ahead of and raising (or calling) hands that crush you.

Maybe Villain knew cbloom would valuebet the river if cbloom had the flush, for there is a chance villain could check behind.

If villain has AKs IMO he has two overcards and a nice FD, the bets...

Re: K3s nl50 6 max

I don't get the preflop raise,
maybe i'm being a nit or supertight,
but I tend to rob the blinds after I get a feeling
how the table is.

plus I don't rob the blinds pf with K3 from the CO.

Re: what to do with tiny bluff bets?

IMO I fold 9As UTG, but when my image is tight I could make moves like this. The raise is good.

I would bet more on the flop say 15ish

On the turn again I would bet more, make villain pay if...

Re: Flush made with low cards on flop against LAG

Bet more on the flop, because you've got a small flush: protect it with a PSB or maybe a little more.

As played i would go broke on the turn, maybe a leak... but "you've got to gamble to win boys...
