the clarity and eyestrain of reading from e-ink is same as paper. You don't feel like reading from a computer screen at all imo since its not backlight in any way.

I'm not sure. Wikipedia says the resolution is 167 dpi, which is about half of an inkjet printer. It's e-paper, which should create less eyestrain than any kind of computer monitor. If the price...
