So is it still around, if not what happened? Shame that sticky...

Re: Which Poker game has the least amount of luck?

Re: Slotboom\'s PLO book for PLO8?

Slotboom's book is interesting for a number of reasons, the attitude to preparation, analysis of rake and blind structures, and looks into how changing stack size alters strategy.

There's nothing...

Re: Which book to master Omaha H/L ?

Read the reviews on Gergery´s Omaha8.com site, that site is probably as good as any starter book.

Cappelletti´s book has good points but could be confusing.

Zee on Hi/Lo Advanced is clear and...

But what is your TEV of the double up chip stack?

According to the article author, it´s not $20,000 but $22,000 to reflect a higher TEV and big stack benefits.

This question uses Limit Texas hold'em as its game.
I've been reading Small Stakes Hold'em and more than anything else I'm enjoying a lot of the maths!
Now here's what I'm curious about:...

Rolf Slotboom's review on his site is reasonably fair. The main fault IMO is the lack of explanation of 'reverse implied odds' and over emphasis on 'pot equity' simulations. The writing is mostly...
