I'm pretty sure all the machines say that wins are voided if there is a malfunction which is the max payout is 2500, there clearly was.

I think b/f>c/c here, since you know he's going to take a stab at the river with a pretty wide range. But at the same time maybe c/f>b/f, as I'm not really sure what he's calling the flop with that...

turn is meh, but the river is the real problem. I think he's almost certainly put you on a pp at this point, so I don't think he folds as much as you think. Just check it.
