Re: just keep betting for value (MP against donnkey)

[ QUOTE ]
What else are you gonna do? He calls with a 10 here a lot I'm sure.

[/ QUOTE ]

True. I might bet a touch more on the river. If he calls 55 he'll call 65-69 as well.

Re: Top two blind battle

I'd 3bet shove this flop. If he has 33 so be it, we're killing the lions share of his range. That said, if we call flop we're in trouble if a club comes as that makes up a large part of his range...

Re: A9 vs sine donk

[ QUOTE ]
preflop i think is kinda meh. his raise is so small it at the same time makes me want to call even more and makes me want to fold even more. given you did call, i see no other way to...

This is a standard bet size in a 3 bet pot

Re: Can a fold bottom set on flop here?

[ QUOTE ]
He's not 3-bet/folding, I'd just shove now prob.

[/ QUOTE ]

You gotta be happy about getting it AI on the flop here.

Re: tptk and nut flush draw play along

I think I'm calling this turn, but then again it's gross if we do and don't hit a heart when he shoves river. Also, we could hit our flush and get boated. It's a tough spot and pretty close but I'm...

Re: river valuebet in 3bet pot

Villain only has $120 behind on river for the $139 pot. I just don't really see him calling w/ 99/1010, as he's pretty much committing his whole stack. Is it impossible that he has maybe AQ here and...

Re: Set in Unraised Pot

As played you gotta call. You're strong and you have a read that you should trust. That said I am for sure raising this flop. If I had called flop as you did I'd also raise turn. I think PF is fine,...

Re: NL100 | bottom set 221bb deep, 3way, 3bet sidepot spot on ugly boa

As played I'm calling the turn shove, but I've never been good at laying down sets. That said, I think you HAVE to bet this flop. You've got a set and you need to build the pot asap. Checking here is...

Re: river valuebet in 3bet pot

I'm checking behind here. I don't think he's really ever calling with anything you have beat.

Re: Weak 4bet - shove flop? (100 max)

I prolly fold pre b/c of min-raise. Calling is for set value only here imo thus fold turn as played.

Re: NL 50$ - Vilain\'s min raise turn OOP ! ?

Fold pre, save yourself the headache. As played I'd check behind on turn hoping for a cheap showdown if possible.

Re: Did i overplay my hand, or is this semibluff ok ?

Calling minraise and re-eval on turn is making this hand a lot more complicated than it needs to be. You played it correctly, gotta shove there.

Re: NL25 AKs 3-bet pot

Completely standard. I like 4betting here if we are OOP but in pos I think calling is best.

Re: 50nl: AK deepstack

I'm bet/3betting the turn and am happy to stack off there. If he has 66 so be it.

Re: 25NL gross spot with QQ

I'd raise a lil more PF. You cant bet and fold this flop. I'd suggest c/f UI.

Re: OESD + 2 overcards vs 2 short stacks

[ QUOTE ]
I like it. They could have a GS or some crap. Some of your outs may be dirty because they'll split, but I bet your overcards are fairly good. 8 straight outs (discount 2) and 6 overcard...

Re: 3way trips - get AI on turn?

I'm not sure on the math but as played I think the turn fold is correct. I'm w/ thac - we should go for a flop raise here.

Re: NL10 - QQ flopped monster

[ QUOTE ]
Re-raise pre-flop. You are well ahead of villain's range, and he's so passive post-flop that you will know if your pair of queens is good or not.

On the turn bet $3. You want to build...
