Re: Tough river, what´s my line?

I like check folding the more I thought about it...there arent really any worse hands calling a river bet.

Re: 88 out of position Kxx flop

Uggg read the hand wrong... adjg;laksj;lasjgaklsj. As played I peel the three bet check/fold uninproved. And I think you played the hand optimally. I originally thought it checked through the flop.

Re: 88 out of position Kxx flop

Efficacy, you have pretty strong show down value here imo. Instead of raising the turn I like a check call bet any blank river. Obvs we are folding to a river raise but I feel you get looked up...

Re: Lag donk bets

I think raising does more than get us information....it gives us an option of potentially having a cheaper showdown if a river blanks. Also would you have to have an A or 9 of clubs for the runner...

Re: $2.50 Stars tournament Late Game

I dont think you should have led if youd didnt know what you would do if he raised you.

I honestly shove over the top preflop if he has been aggro like you say, since you called I prefer a check...

Re: what would u do here?

I know you said to ignore the limp...but there is absolutely no reason you should be limping this hand in with your stack size compaired to the table.

Re: FTP 50/50: Flopped set on UGH river

Does anyone dislike shoving on the flop? Either way there is no way you should be checking this turn. As played shove turn get called by Ax and profit.

Re: Ferguson\'s theory about never entering a pot without raising

Thats why he is suggesting to limp. Because if you raise and are reraised you would have to lay down some marginal hands that you could limp and get away with.

Stars 109 near bubble with AJ

Villain- 10k
Hero- 14k

BB- 600

Villian seems to be playing like a complete moron. He has been raising 5x from early position and getting involved in a lot of hands.

Its folded to him 1...
