I wouldn't cbet that flop and I'm done with the hand after the turn bet. An Ace or a King would probably make up a large part of his calling range pf.

I'd bet a bit more on the flop around 220. Once its a bet and a call back to us on the river I think we need to fold. If MP1 had folded I would call UTG+1 bet, but as Sence said a bet and a call here...

I prefer raising it up pf around 3xBB and betting the turn. If you are checking the turn though I think you are committed to calling the river, so your call is good.
