For 4 or 5 players playing cash games or sit and go's (tourneys), you won't need more than 3...

For a .25/.50 cash set you don't need that many quarters on the table. For my setup I give my players 12 quarters, and the rest of their chips are $1. I also have a bunch of $5 for rebuys.
