Two players goes all-in on flop, should I call?

SB has been pretty agressive at the table and BB has been a big looser calling way to light.

First is this an ok hand to raise preflop or should I limp? Should I fold when the bad smallstacked ...

Re: Two pair against super passive dude

call turn and call river since villain has a draw or a better hand but you can't know wich. When you raise river he folds draws and calls or 3-bet better hands. No value in raising river here.

Re: Trying to learn to raise for a free SD

I don't like the RFSD you suggest in the first post of this thread since there is no likely better hands that you'll fold with a turn raise.
