Villian here is a reg grinder. I got a solid hand sample of him, and hes running 15/8/4.

His range for reraising blinds is probably JJ+,AK. It also seems like his not a fan of playing pots against...

This is far too passive. With 2 others in the pot, Im always raising flop here. About $11 seems right. Its somewhat of a drawy board, charge them.

As played i think you have to call river.. but...

No, i didnt have a large sample against him, maby 100 hands or so. Hes been plaing snug, and has a big stack, so we`ll just have to assume hes good i think.
