I don't mind the delayed cbet. I feel that donkish villains see that as a monster.
I like the thin value bet on the river but I fold to the raise. A straight is much more likely than a bluff.

I think 2 pairs makes a lot of villain's range, AK and KQ being the most likely holdings.

raise to 50-60 ! Given your stack size you can push the turn easily after that.
You have to charge draws, if someone has a straight you still have a good equity.
