Re: 5NL - set on a flush board

Raise preflop to $0.25 (4bb + 1 per limper).

As played, bet pot on the flop.

Hero raises turn with the intention of getting it all in, you are most likely still ahead and have outs even if you...

Hi, I just moved up to 100NL yesterday, first post here.

Villain in this hand is HoesMobil, not sure if he is 2+2, his stats are 19/12/1.7 over 215 and WTSD% of 21.43.

There is one relevant...

Re: 50NL AK hits top pair - funky reraise from villain on river

ugh I doubt we are ahead here too much but I doubt I fold to a min-raise either.

In general your 3-bet should be at least 3x his open, at least thats the standard.

Re: TPTK BvB

Not to worried about diamonds as we're HU. I think most cards are fine to chk/call turn on for reasons above.

If turn goes chk/chk I would call a river bet, except probably a K and PSB together....

Re: TPTK BvB

I think alot of his range is just random air and some gutshot type hands as you say. So I think we will extract best vs his range by just chk/calling and using TP as a bluff catcher. No real need to...

Re: TPTK drawy board - fairly common spot

I prob flat, and bet/shove a heart turn and bet/fold a non-heart or A/K turn.

Re: TPTK BvB

You can loosen 3-betting standards BVB, most of the time these over aggro won't believe your 3-bet and call with alot worse than AJ.

If you just call obv you miss 2/3 of flops and an agrro player...

Re: *OFFICIAL* December Goals Thread

1) 2k hands a day
3) At least 50k hands for month
2) Stay at 100NL, hopefully move up to 200NL by end of month
3) 5k month
4) 6-table once new set-up arrives

Re: ***UnOfficial November Graphs Thread***

Ship best month ever: Total 2.4k

Not all of NL25 is November but the part where I made all the monies I'm pretty sure is November.

Also ship platinum star which just came out of nowhere.

Re: 25nl river bluff raise vs. weak line

We will be good some of time on river as this line always induces river bluffs some of the time. Just don't make a habit of calling river a lot.

We shouldn't really be bluff raising river w/o...

Re: Playing one pair on a paired board multiway pot - OOP

Bet out is better followed by bet/folding undercard turns.
As played call I guess and probably ck/call an undercard turn and ch/fold most rivers.

Re: The guy\'s a station... and I have a set on a 3-flush-board.

Wats his full stats vpip/pfr and over how many hands.

If his vpip is high we can include some stupid two pair hands that will help our equity.

Re: NL 25 - 67d, where did i make the mistake?

Raise is ok PF but stick to opening these type of hands on CO/Button. Flop is fine.

Re: NL 50- TPTK vs turn jam

With these stats villain will be opening wide enough even UTG for AQ to be ahead of his range so 3betting is good right?

OP is villain by any chance k1nGNiLLe?

Re: Nl50 AA on low board facing b/3b

I have seen TT in this spot 3 times in the last week (2/3 were vs TAG). I think 99/88 are rarer but I've seen 99 take this line once that I can remember.

I agree JJ will most likely 3b PF but put...

Re: Stupid spot

Board is fairly dry so flop bet size looks good. I would prob lead 1/2 - 3/4 pot on turn for pretty much every card I think. If you get called this will always almost be a weaker ace that donks love...

Re: Nl50 AA on low board facing b/3b

I've seen similar stat villains have TT/99 here and getting it in. Of course this is a set some of the time.
