Re: ** WSOP ME, FT Sweat, Tuesday, July 17 **
I stayed up late for the final tables for Hachem & Gold. Hachem finished around 6:30 am (vegas time) and Gold around 3:30 am vegas time. How late did Raymer's win & Moneymaker's win run? What was the...

Re: Is a river bet standard?
I think donking the flop is fine on occasion but it will only get you action when someone else has some sort of equity in the pot: ie a decent pair or a decent draw. Most donks will bet last to act...

Re: Teaching a 7 year old chess end games
I've done some teaching on this and can recommend some things...
1)Start with 2 queens and the "rook roller" mate. ex: white Qa1, Qb2, Black king h3. Check down the board.
Don't worry about...

odds of bad beat
At our local casino we have a bad beat that says you need Aces full of kings losing to trigger the bad beat. Oh yes, and if you get quads, they must come from pocket pairs.
What are the odds of...

Re: A2 vs idiot
Muck preflop.
1)Your reverse implied odds stink.
2)The two is virtually worthless.
3) Three people are left to act behind you. If they join the hand you are likely waaaay behind, if you're...
