I would have bet the flop, maybe $4.5. Our turn bet would depend on how he's played postflop prior. Has he been calling down...

No specifics here. Is this ever +EV? Granted this is micro limits (also low limit sngs), but I cringe every time I see someone do this. Am I wrong to tag anyone doing this as weak?

QQ vs. Ultra tight with?

Table has been extremely tight, almost every time I raised between 3X-4X big blind, everyone has folded. SB/villan was 5%VP$IP, 2%PFR. I only saw villan show down 1 hand in which he called a raise...
