You'll find at 400NL that you often no longer have the implied odds against LAG pf raisers to flop a set with your PPs.
Sometimes against these players, you are better off reraising.

If I know a villain makes light preflop 3bets, and will make a near pot-sized CB nearly 100% of the time, then I'd only call his 3-bets with the tightest of ranges (AA/KK/QQ/AK).
