villian is 24/11/2 att to steal 24 over 1200 hands. I'm playing a couple of tables with him and have been 3 betting him not THAT much but enough that it he could certainly be annoyed at this point....

Well, just so you know $90 is less than $108. hand 2 you should redo your math as the pot was $82 and I bet 65. hand 3 the pot is almost 40 and i bet 36. Hand 4 is the only hand I hit the bet pot...

I'm surprised to hear you say this b/c I almost never use the bet pot button nor did I in any of the above hands. I usually bet about 2/3 to 3/4 pot depending on the board. As far as 3 betting...

Fold flop. It's ok that you called his preflop reraise since it's so tiny, but it was not so you could lose 60BBs with top pair no kicker. This is an overpair like always.

My first instinct was bet 70 or so, but now that i think about it I love a c/r. It will get value from the floaties and fold out 77/88 which will bet when checked to.
