If yes, make sure you are starting FT client as administrator (Right click the icon>Properties>Compatibility>[x]Run this program as administrator).

If you raised preflop, tptk is always the nuts vs shorty. If he outflopped you, so be it, you will show profit in the long run since he didnt have the necessary implied odds to call preflop....

2. Pick the stat you want to see in the pull down menu, for example "(Player) Voluntarily put $ in pot".

Why would you play in marginal spots, when he plays every hand? Just wait for TPGK type of hand and take him to value town. You don't want to push such players out of the pot, you want him to call...

You don't need PT to use Realtime hud. Obviously you need PT or equivalent to analyze your play if you want to get serious with poker.

Obviously bet on the flop, to many draws to make it worth slow playing. If you check on the flop for whatever reason, bet like 3/4 to pot on the turn. Try to get it in before some draws complete.

Maybe you are right, TMDS is used for transmitting signal via DVI to your external monitor, I suggest testing monitor on your notebook before buying.

All the software you need for basic multi-monitoring is part of Windows. You can freely drag windows across your monitors and set them up the way you want, no special software needed.
