I would be more concerned if I was one of his stakes.
If he has 50% of a guy's action, he can force them into terrible spots with very marginal hands.
He basically only need 26% equity in a preflop...

QQ87 with 3 diamonds is a pretty average hand at a full ring PLO table in my opinion.
You have 2 playable hold em hands (QQ and 78) along with the 3rd nut flush draw...
