Re: How is MGR calculated at Prima and Eurobet?

Both are contributed. You will have to actually play the hand or be in one of the blinds in order to earn a portion of the rake. You can not just be dealt cards like at some other sites.

Re: Arnold Snyder\'s book on Casino Bonus Whoring

I flipped through it this past weekend at the local BN and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't your typical idiot "Win at Online Casinos and Poker Rooms" book. As has been mentioned it does appear to...

I don't know all the details of this particular situation but I think he does deserve the benefit of the doubt. It's tough to resolve situations like this overnight. What matters is that this is...

Re: Think Party will ever kill off the affiliates?

Stars has always operated this way though to my knowledge so it's not a recent shift. I agree though that Party and Stars are pretty much the industry. Anything major they do will have industry...

Re: Think Party will ever kill off the affiliates?

Even Party still needs fish. I don't think the pond is reproducing nor do I believe even with Party's millions to advertise can they afford to do away with affiliates. I could see a solely CPA...

Re: Was that Anthony Curtis I saw?

FWIW...and not that it makes losing that early in the tourney with AA suck any less but Curtis won that WSOP seat in an online qualifier on a Prima skin for less than $40. That site at the time had...

Re: rakeback/bonuses mutually exclusive?

Most sites deduct bonuses from your monthly gross rake. A few do not. UB is something of an oddity in that they deduct 25% of the bonus from you MGR so you will still collect rakeback there while...

Re: UB MTT and SNG Rakeback

Re: Quick rakeback question

Different sites figure it different ways. Some site you have to actually call the opening bet or be in the blinds. Some sites you only have to be dealt cards.
