nuts-almonds, apricots, tangerine-lots of healthy pocket sized snacks.

In the latest CrossFit Journal a guy that maintained the Zone Diet on vacation climbing ate batches of nuts multiples times...

Just swam 3500 meters mostly pulling sets finished with an 800 IM. Also stretched 15 minutes prior to swimming and it felt really good after doing the WOD yesterday including my first day doing...

How easy is it to stay up on the WOD's(5x weekly) and lift 3-5 times a week?

yea I just ate a cup of the regular Mcann's oatmeal mixed in raisins, sliced almonds, flax seeds, raspberries and honey-yum.

tunafish-short shelf life thu maybe 3 days maximum but still worth it, beef stew w/ veggies, cut up a whole melon like honeydee or watermelon for snacks over 2-3 days, brown rice, plain pasta add...

-also swimmers tend to eat more post workout in many studies vs. other endurance...

ie CrossFit warmup are you doing 3 rounds of 10-15 reps or just one round?

Just curious because I have started doing the CrossFit warmup 3-5 days a week and then doing/attempting to do the WOD...

I pulled a muscle in my lower back last week happened when I was changing sheets on my bed. I powered thru it kept up on my usual routine.. used advil, ice and stretched 2-3 times daily over 4-5...

I was looking at today's crossfit workout. Regarding double-unders man these look tough..I jump rope ocassionally but not double-unders ..whats a good way to attempt to build up to say just 25 reps?...

I dont really have a choice I'm miserable and moody if I dont stay in shape specifically aerobic training.

Not sure I felt the same way when when all I did was lift when I was younger but...
