I actually think (contrary to most people, it seems) that there's not a HUGE disparity in skill between, say, the 50-100 and 200-400, although certainly I think 200-400 is generally tougher.

Yes, that's right. It's actually a bit more complicted than that, but that's the basic version. On collisions, I resample from only one hand, not the entire distribution. I'll see if I can get a...
