I think you make some good points and that's a very good post. However, there are some absurd claims as well:

Any NHL GM is trading Heatley for Getzlaf if money were not a concern....

hard to see what ottawa's doing wrong, but the ducks just seem to have an answer for whatever they attempt on offense.

hard to draw anything from a game 1 when the teams have had so much time off, but ottawa looks like they're going to have trouble generating offense on anaheim. can't rely on the power play too much.
