A friend says I should be calling here almost 100% of the time, not raising, I mix it up.

I don't see the check-call turn, bet river line used much.

Preflop misclick with Aces = problems
UTG is a aggro 23/20 tag
BB is tight and straight forward. I feel he would probably go all in rather then cold call with a monster on that flop. He has 155BB, I have 175.

I would check fold.
I don't see you getting value from worse hands on a board like this and very few 100NL players will turn a showdown able hand into a bluff on the river so I think check-folding...
