I'm thinking of starting to play live, and when tipping dealers I'd like to take into account how tough the game which we're playing is to deal and tip accordingly. I'm sure dealing a game like PLO...

NLHE HU tag team tournament.

The teams consist of 5 players. One player is playing, the others may see his cards and coach. Each player in the team can 'tag' himself in to play once per HU game.
