You can probably get some good "practice" for this game by playing .02/.04 on line.

Well probably not, really, its just that you are not going to be first in from middle and late positions as often so your actions will be more frequently based on limpers and raisers to your right...

Oh and one other thing. You said this wasn't a casino. If it is a private game with no rake. Pinch yourself. You may have gone to sleep and are dreaming or you may have died and this is heaven.

Advice #1: Follow the guidelines from playing in loose games in "Small Stakes Hold 'em"
Advice #2: Play in this game as often as you can.
Advice #3: Don't "loosen up" tight is always right.
